Born in Stockholm in 1976, Conny Lindgren started playing the violin at the age of 5. He has studied at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and with Erich Gruenberg at the Royal Academy of Music in London.
Conny has performed in concert halls throughout Europe and in Russia, China, Brazil, Argentina, Abu Dhabi and Egypt. He has worked with some of the leading orchestras and ensembles in Europe including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Mahler Chamber Orchestra, Swedish Radio Orchestra, Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, Stockholm Sinfonietta, European Union Youth Orchestra and Stockholm Session Strings.
As a soloist he has performed in Stockholm Concert House with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic and in Conway Hall in London. He has also recorded with artists such as Westlife, Il Divo, Céline Dion, Shayne Ward, Josh Groban, Malena Ernman, Agnes and Alcazar.
In the movie musical ‘De-Lovely’ (MGM 2003) starring Kevin Kline and Ashley Judd, Conny performs alongside Robbie Williams and Natalie Cole.
